WHAT IF THERE IS A MISTAKE ON MY PAPERWORK?
We do our best to make sure that your paperwork is perfect. But, sometimes, mistakes happen. If there is a mistake, you have 24 hours from the time we email your paperwork to let us know that there is an error and how it should be corrected. You should email us at upport@legalformguru.com. We will correct the error and email you the updated documents within 24 hours of being notified about the mistake.
I HAVE A COURT DATE. IS THERE A CUT OFF DATE FOR WHEN I CAN BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
We will take appointments up to 72 hours, or 3 days, from your court date. NOTE: Although we can prepare your forms and get them to you before court, certain actions, like filling a witness subpoena, may not be possible 72 hours before a court date. Legal Form Guru is not responsible for missed legal deadlines. We do not represent you in court. However, we will complete your forms and send them to you in the time stated.

DO I NEED ACCESS TO A COMPUTER AND PRINTER?
You will need a computer, phone, tablet, or electronic device for the video conference. You will need a printer to print the documents prepared for you by Legal Form Guru, so you can file them with the court. NOTE: If you do not have a computer or printer, most public libraries do. Check with your local library for available services.
IF I HAVE MULTIPLE LEGAL ISSUES, DO I NEED TO HAVE A LEGAL CONFERENCE FOR EACH ONE?
Yes. Each legal issue requires a separate payment and video conference.
DO I GET A DISCOUNT IF I HAVE MULTIPLE LEGAL ISSUES?
No. There are no additional discounts for Legal Form Guru services.
CAN I GET MY DOCUMENTS MAILED TO ME?

DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL SERVICES LIKE A NOTARY PUBLIC OR ATTORNEY REFERRALS?
